Giant Car Boot DisplayHelp : My Bookmarks This help page give guidance with using bookmarks. General Bookmarks are a facility for members to mark items they have seen. This facility is useful where members are browsing and they want to keep a mark a number of products to think about at a later date. Retrieving your bookmarks All bookmarked items can be reviewed at any time by clicking the "My Bookmarks" option from the Members Home Page. This lists all items you have bookmarked. To look at the item, click its arrow or any of its text. Bookmarking an item Whenever you are looking at a product that you want to add to your bookmarks, simply select the "Add to bookmarks" from the "Bookmarks" box at the top of the product page and click the "Do it!" button. If the item is already in your bookmarks, don't worry. If you mark something that is already there, the system just ignores your request. This means you can mark as many items as takes your fancy, without having to worry about whether it is already marked. Removing a bookmark Once you have finished with a product, or if it no longer of interest, you may want to remove the bookmark from your list. Go to the "My bookmarks" page from the "Members Home Page" and select the item you want to remove, by clicking its arrow. At the top of the product's page, select the option "Remove from bookmarks" and click the "Do it!" button. If you are browsing generally and can't remember whether an item you are looking at is in your bookmarks, no harm is done by removing the bookmark, even if it wasn't bookmarked in the first place. |
