- Members details are never divulged to third parties, other than the contact information which the member chooses and makes available on the website
- giantcarboot.co.uk carries out no checks on the validity of information provided by sellers. We can take no responsibility or liability for the accuracy of sales information provided or of any resulting liabilities.
- giantcarboot.co.uk does not accept any liability for Members or Visitors to the web site for any misrepresentation, loss or damage whatsoever.
- Members must have the legal right to sell the goods and the goods must be legal and offered in good faith.
- giantcarboot.co.uk reserves the right to edit or withdraw any of the members advertisements to prevent the misuse of the site.
- giantcarboot.co.uk provides a designated meeting place at all our physical Car Boot Events for members who wish to meet to see the goods they are buying. The same conditions apply as above.
- The giantcarboot.co.uk website uses transient cookies only, so that no cookies remain after visitors have closed their browser.
- giantcarboot.co.uk reserves the right to terminate membership immediately at our absolute discretion in the event that the goods offered do not comply with our terms and conditions.
